Hans is from Virgexiana. He was born in Texas, grew up in Virginia, and now calls Louisiana home. He graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. For years, Hans has been acquiring farm experience including farm management, along with leading a garden teaching program. He also ran Gong Fu Cha NOLA, a retail tea business, before discovering Fleur De Lis Tea Company, where he is now our Tea Production Manager. Hans oversees everything about our tea from seed to our finished products. His love for tea lies in its combination of his favorite things biology, chemistry, farming, and community. Tea is all inclusive.
